A 4 Boot Walk.

Starting and finishing at Pen yr Heol Chapel. We follow an ancient track from the chapel up Rhiw Wen, and then onto Twmpa. Great views of the Wye valley and the mid-Wales hills. We head south along the ridge to Capel-y-Ffin, site of an ancient church, chapel and monastery. The return route is a climb up the Blacksmith’s Anvil and from there we follow the ridge to the trig point of Rhos Dirion and then return along to the Rhiw Wen, where we descend to the start point. Teas will be available at the Chapel.
