Event 20 Sunday - Talgarth Fell Race

This beautiful 8.8 mile/ 14.2 km route takes you out of Talgarth across fields to Rhos Fach common before ascending Mynydd Bychan, crossing the plateau and descending Rhiw , Cwmstab and finally retracing your steps back to Talgarth from the common. The total ascent is 610m / 2000ft, most of which is in the first half of the route.
This is a BM category fell race which will be partially marked. Local knowledge is beneficial and navigational skills are required. The race is open to over 18s only.
Registration and kit check is between 9.00 and 10.15 am at Talgarth Town Hall. Start is at 10.30 am at St Gwendoline's Church.
