TWF2025-323 Nature and Society (Sunday)

£8.00
TWF Walks and Events will be on-sale in early 2025

Walk #18 grading: 2 Boot

Inspired by the work of Raymond Williams, this walk and talk will look at the social history and use of some of the common species and landscapes of the Black Mountains. After meeting and an introduction at the main car park in Talgarth we will walk up past the former Mid Wales Hospital, through the fields on footpaths, to the edge of Rhos Fach Common on the Black Mountains. We will return via Pwll-yr-Wrach woods.

Maximum walking group size is 16 (+ leaders)

For safety reasons, the new booking process includes a pop-up window that requests the name, phone number and emergency contact details for each walker on each walk. Please ensure that pop-ups are allowed for the TWF website on your browser. See more details in the Website News.
